Having just come back from Mallorca and tested out some SPF's! I've done a review on the Bioderma sun cream before and it's definitely a repurchase! On the odd day I didn't use the Bioderma on my face and used the other sun creams I broke out, so it's safe to say that this stuff is gooood for acne/oily prone skin! It's currently on offer on escentual at the moment, and I can't recommend this enough! Small enough for your flight bag or handbag too! Buy it here. I've also been looking at this version too, Bioderma Photoderm Bronz, invisible sun mist in an SPF50

It sounds very similar to the Lancaster one pictured above that I used on holiday. It's also cheaper but having used the Lancaster one and seen it's tanning abilities I'd be tempted to buy both. I bought the Lancaster one from allbeauty, previously cheap smells discount website. It's much cheaper on there and just to say that the brand is really popular abroad which is always a good sign. It gave me such a good tan for factor fifty and safe sun protection! Sneaky peek at my tan lines here. I'd totally recommend this one too, it was a nice dry oil and it did soak in after a few minutes. It's also worth noting that because it's an oil it seemed to be much more waterproof as it formed beads and dripped off.

The Nivea is a good first couple of days suncream, not too sticky and surprisingly not white! It rubs in easier than the Bioderma- I suppose that's to do with the Photoderm technology and actually you can tell the quality difference. None the less it's a staple in my holiday kit.

I'm most definitely going to repurchase all of these for my next holiday (that I haven't planned/booked/got anyone to go with) and spending a bit more is so worth it!

  1. Sun care is just so essential isn't it!? I used to opt for getting burnt (just to go tanned) but now I'm like all the sun cream. I also love that post card - how cute!? xxx
