Preview: House of Fraser Spring/Summer 15

So what did I learn from #HOFpressday ? metallics, novelties, floral, prints, monochrome and pastels. And a huge wishlist! Lots of photos below so grab a cuppa and perch yourself in a comfy spot.

Gems and dainty tea prints? Not two items I'd usually see together but I kinda like it!

Soft, fluttery fabrics and sequins? Very Elie Saab or Jenny Packham.

I adore this two piece; stripes, pleats, high necklines, high waisted, and a scuba like (but much nicer) fabric? A* from me.  It's by House of Fraser's brand 'Therapy' and I'm most definetely going to try and get my mitts on it! I'd either pair it with block coloured or print heels or even some heeled boots, a statement necklace, red lips and the metallic bag you'll see below. Or perhaps a novelty clutch? they really seem to be staying around, thanks to the incredible Orla Kiely!

Matthew Williamson

Label - how perrrfect is this!? it would be the ideal replacement for one I used to own that deteriorated!

Metallics, metallics and more metallics! I adore a bit of metallic shine, harsh or sparkly I don't mind. The Biba Rose Gold Leather Jacket is wonderful and I believe that only a small amount of jackets have been created! I've got some shoes just like the above and I most definitely need that incredible disco ball bag! can you imagine how fun it'll look dangling from your arm?! Perfect for Christmas parties too.

This is actually a salmon-y pink colour- no matter what I did I couldn't capture the soft colour! how nice would this look with  a tan and a black jumpsuit?

Bit of Orla Kiely to keep our summer inspired spirits up!

How could I not include THE Lulu Guinness lipstick clutch! and how sweet is the doll

Monochrome & Prints

And more beautiful prints and stripes!

A big thanks to HOUSE OF FRASER for inviting me to their press day! I really enjoyed the sneak peek and the girls who worked there were lovely, friendly and so helpful.

There are so many pieces I want to add to my wardrobe! It's a shame we have to wait until summer! The countdown starts... After Christmas of course!
