I can't quite believe it's September already, I feel like I've only just left university!
Even though the weather is a bit temperamental I'm eager to sort my autumn/winter wardrobe out. Texture, texture and more texture please. Heavy; oversized, chunky knits, roll necks, leathers and maybe a bit of corduroy if I can get my hands on some! As usual, dark monochromatic colours with deep bordeaux reds, navy's, ochre yellow and dark forrest greens. I am still enjoying the sports luxe looks going on though, monochrome, simple shapes, checks and trainers.
A-Line skirts especially leather ones like this one I blogged about- I got mine from Zara and I've seen an identical H&M one. I've purchased this Topshop jumper, from the tall section so it's more of a jumper tunic really. This Zara long line cardigan would be good for that in between weather - you know when it's too warm for a coat but still a bit nippy? I can see it working well with a structured shirt tucked into a fitted skirt or some super skinny jeans with heeled ankle boots. This Zara scarf is also brilliant in it's shockingly bright blue to keep you warm and well I love a bit of layering. I also need this mustard Zara jumper in my life!
What are your must haves for autumn?
