Skirt: Vintage St Michaels, Jacket:Topshop (similar)
So considering all of this glorious weather we have been having I have somehow put together a very Autumnal outfit today, something more suitable for October. But you know me, I'm never dressed appropriately. I never seem to own many summer clothes apart from those you panic buy just before you go on holiday. I did update my summer wardrobe last year after going up a dress size and needing a revamp for that hot summer but I still tend to be drawn to black. Something I'm thinking of changing this year, I'm thinking baby blues and white. Of course it's a terrible idea considering how easily I spill things but at least I'll look pretty whilst doing it?
Me and my friend Heather popped to town today for a mooch and to buy some bits and she kindly took these photos for me! No doubt I'll be roping her in again! I love the colours and the print on this skirt that I bought in a charity shop before Christmas. It's a little bit big as it's vintage and therefore the sizes were bigger and that size 12 is more of a 14 nowadays but I'm too lazy to sew it in.
Hope everyone's been enjoying this lovely weather! I see the rush of bare legged posts on my dashboard already!
Another note, I've started to make bunting to go towards funding my final major project and new designers (if i get in, fingers crossed), I'll be posting some on my instagram (@739051) and it would be a starting price of £10 including postage for 2m of double sided bunting- would anyone be interested?
Think Cath Kidson esq, florals. Possible tartans too- maybe that's too wintery? I love a good floral bunting but I'd like to go down less girly routes.
