I bought this Good Things Five Minute Facial Mask from Boots a month or so ago. So far I've been using it once a week to give my skin some love. It's £5.99 for 100ml and at the moment it is two Good Things products for £6.00 at Boots! I'm not a big face mask fan, for years I have religiously used Garnier spot fighting ones that irritate my skin but leave it less oily. The irritation and the burning feeling clearly isn't good for my skin so I was looking for a product that doesn't smell of Aloe Vera or was the typical mud mask that you buy from Superdrug when you're twelve years old.
This smells fruity but not in an over-powering way and has a slightly runny consistency. It dries very quickly and you get the typical tight mask face within minutes. The perfect time to pull faces in the mirror and imagine yourself with wrinkles and green skin. Beautiful.
This takes some scrubbing with a flannel to remove but it leaves your skin feeling moisturized and matte. Crazy I know, a product that actually works. My skin looks clearer, brighter and healthier and I convince myself I'm looking after my skin well. (I'm not into skincare, routines like that bore me!) I feel that it is well priced and does the job. It's free from sodium laureth sulphate which is really bad for your skin (blindness, hair loss etc). It doesn't irritate and if anything soothes my skin.
Cute packaging too!
